We may collect personal information such as your business card, name, address, company name, phone number and email address when you register for or attend a sponsored event or other events at which Rezpage Limited any affiliate of the Xn Global Systems group, participates. -

We generally collect personal information directly from you, but in some cases we may collect your information from other sources. For example, if you had given consent for your details to be passed onto an approved reseller/partner.

You may have given us information via our Website / App e.g. through “contact us or other website form” or when applying for a Residential tenancy (“User”) or using a App service (“User”). This may include data inputs your name, company name, your job title, your email address, handle name, social media profile details, your payslip information, past residential tenancies, reference information, employment information, family information, contact number/s and information about the services or products, or information you are looking for.
We only collect personal data about you which is relevant to the service(s) you request from us this does not include any special types of information. Website(s) / App usage information is collected using cookies and User behavior through Google Analytics. Why we need your personal data?
- We or our Clients using our Website(s) / App(s) need to know your personal data to provide you with services in line with your overall service request(s). These include the collection of relevant information related to your residential tenancy applications, residency operations and residential services delivered by the Websites / App. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you.

- All the personal data we collect from UK & EU companies is processed by our staff in the UK & the EU and for the purposes of hosting and maintenance this information is located on servers in the UK & the EU. This information includes the personal data you provide us when you engage in our corporate website forms, when you register to use our Websites / App, update your account details, access or use the Websites / App for services, make an enquiry or report a problem, for example a Maintenance request.

Google Analytics Cookies
- Google Analytics is a website monitoring tool that allows users to see volumes of website visitors, their source, and to analyze how the content of their website is viewed and navigated.
